Rui Civil Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd secured a contract from the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) in 2025 to build and operate as Construction company.
The ICPH plant will have an annual production capacity of more than 60,000 m³ of precast components, more than what a conventional precast yard can produce with the same factory space.
The core capabilities are digitized modelling and manufacturing automation. These enable Gruiform to provide clients with advanced precast and prefabricated building solutions, paired with sustainable construction practices that improve product quality and workplace safety.

Toolbox is our dedicated Centre of Excellence where our staff and workers attend upgrading courses and hands-on skills enhancement workshops. Straits Construction is currently an Approved Training Organization accredited with the SkillsFuture for the delivery of WSQ courses. We are also a Learning Service Provider (LSP) accredited to the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) for the delivery of MOM approved courses.
